With over 13 years of experience in dentistry, Natasha began her career as a dental nurse in 2012, before qualifying in 2014. Since then, she has developed extensive knowledge across both clinical support and practice operations, progressing into practice management where she has successfully led the dental team at Avenue Villa for the past four years.
Passionate about delivering excellent patient care and creating a positive patient experience, Natasha is committed to maintaining high standards within the practice while supporting both patients and the wider team. Her approachable nature, organisation skills and dedication to dentistry help ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, dining out and keeping active at the gym whenever she gets an opportunity. As a busy mum to twins and a 10 year old daughter, family life certainly keeps her on her toes.

Elfyn qualified in dentistry in December 1987 at University of Wales college of medicines dental school. He started his career doing vocational training at Walter Road, Swansea. During his 3 years at Swansea, Elfyn took the opportunity to become a clinical associate at the Restorative dentistry department. In 1991 he became a senior partner at Avenue Villa with Philip Davies & Edward James helping them rejuvenate the practice to what it has become today. A thriving 5 surgery practice with an on-site dental laboratory. Elfyn is proud to have built a successful, thriving dental practice built on an ethos of professionalism and care.
When Elfyn began this journey he was the youngest dentist in Llanelli and now he’s the oldest one in town!

Dr. Natalie Porter qualified from Cardiff University in 2017, joined Avenue Villa in 2018 and has enjoyed helping patients feel confident in their smiles ever since. She particularly enjoys treating children, creating a calm and positive experience while helping young patients improve their oral health and get out of pain.
Known for her gentle and approachable manner, Natalie is passionate about building trust with patients and making dental visits as comfortable as possible for the whole family.
Outside of dentistry, she is kept busy by her 1 year old twins and enjoys long dog walks in the countryside with her working cocker spaniels. She is also a keen baker and has even created wedding cakes for friends and family.

Dewi qualified from Cardiff University in 2011 and has worked across a number of dental practices in South Wales before returning home to join Avenue Villa in 2014.
Committed to continued professional development, he completed the Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies at the University of Bristol, where he was awarded the Brian Schottlander Prize for Prosthodontics, before going on to complete the Diploma in Primary Care Oral Surgery through the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dewi enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry and oral surgery, and is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a calm and reassuring environment.

Dr. Alex Borsden qualified from the University of Bristol with a BDS degree in 2000 and has been providing high-quality, patient-focused dental care ever since. As a general dentist, Alex is known for his gentle and minimally invasive approach, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Alex believes in building long-term relationships with patients and delivering dentistry tailored to individual needs, with a strong focus on prevention and maintaining lifelong oral health.

Dr. Rhiannon Roberts qualified from the University of Manchester in 2013 and has since developed a strong passion for creating confident, healthy smiles through modern dentistry. Following graduation, she completed a postgraduate diploma in Orthodontics, allowing her to provide advanced orthodontic treatments alongside comprehensive general dental care.
Her particular interests include orthodontics, composite bonding, and preventative dentistry for children, with a focus on helping patients achieve long-term oral health in a comfortable and supportive environment. She is passionate about building confidence through dentistry and believes that prevention and education are key to maintaining lifelong oral health.
Having worked in Avenue Villa since 2014, Dr. Roberts has had the privilege of caring for many of the same patients for over a decade, often treating multiple generations within the same families. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and takes pride in creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients of all ages.
As a first-language Welsh speaker, Dr. Roberts is passionate about the Welsh language and enjoys being able to provide care to patients in both Welsh and English, helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their dental journey.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Roberts is also the owner of a gym, CrossFit Llanelli, reflecting her wider passion for health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. She strongly believes that oral health and general health are closely linked, and takes a holistic approach to patient care — encouraging healthy lifestyles that support both physical wellbeing and confident smiles.

Faisal Faizi qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in June 2022 and is a GDC-registered Dental Therapist practising in the UK. He has experience in primary dental care within general practice settings.
Faisal is committed to delivering high-quality restorative and preventive care, with a particular focus on periodontal health and patient education. He is particularly skilled in helping patients with dental anxiety feel comfortable and reassured, and takes pride in providing gentle, pain-free treatment whenever possible. He aims to support patients in achieving and maintaining long-term oral health.
